This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

This document is prepared in accordance with and in order to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “Regulation”);
This document aims to inform you in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, regarding the processing of your personal data by the Organisers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the Regulation, we inform you of the following information:
- Identity and contact details of the Operator
Your personal data are processed by: SC Ropot Development SRL headquartered in Bucharest, Str. Ionescu Grigore, no. 100, pp. 34, sc A, et. 2, ap 17, sect. 2, Bucharest, registered at the Trade Register with no. J40 / 8532/2010, fiscal identification code RO 27364020, represented by Ioana Craioveanu as administrator.
According to the Regulation, Ropot Development SRL holds the quality of Operator, respectively the legal person that establishes the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
- The personal data we process
We process your personal data as you have requested to attend an Impact Hub event.
In this context, we may process the following personal data regarding you, as the case may be: name, surname, email, telephone, address, IP address, contractual data (name, surname, CNP, address), your image, (as a result of recording photos and videos at the Impact Hub event you want to take part in), but also other data required in the application form.
- The purposes for which your personal data are processed
We process the data mentioned in art. 3 in order to be able to honor your request to participate in an event by the Organisers, or to select participants in the program you are applying to, as well as for marketing purposes, if we have obtained your consent in this regard.
We do not process your data for other purposes and will inform you and / or obtain your consent, according to the relevant legal provisions, when we intend to your personal data for other purposes.
- The grounds on which we process your personal data
We process your personal data mentioned in art. 3: a) pursuant to the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 letter b of the Regulations, respectively in order to be able to honor your request to participate in an event or program by Organisers; b) pursuant to the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of the Regulation, respectively in order to fulfill our legal obligations regarding invoicing, if you participate in a paid event; c) for marketing purposes, based on your consent, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 letter a. Of the Regulation; d) pursuant to the provisions of art. 6 para. 1 letter f of the Regulation, respectively based on our legitimate interest, regarding the processing of your data after the end of the event on program, considering the fact that we want to offer personalized services to the participants in the events.
You may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
- The storage period of your personal data
We will store your personal data as appropriate until the date of completion of the event and the program and for a reasonable period of 1 year after its completion. As an exception, we will store your data processed for invoicing purposes, for the entire period in which we have a legal obligation in this regard.
At the end of the period for which your data is stored, it will be deleted.
- Recipients of personal data
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties, with the following exceptions: we may transmit your data to the competent authorities when we have a legal obligation to do so; we will be able to transmit your data to our providers who offer us services such as: billing services, accounting services, security services, marketing services and interaction with users, hosting services.
- Where we store your personal data
Your personal data is stored in the territory of the European Union.
- Security measures
We process your personal data in accordance with our internal data security policy. In this sense, we assure you that we have implemented all the security measures imposed by the legislation in force to ensure the security of your data.
In the event of a breach of the security of your personal data that may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you without delay about this breach and take all necessary measures to remedy the problem and / or mitigate the effects. Negative.
- Automateddecision making processes
Please note that we do not use automated decision-making processes for you, and you will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
- Your rights
11A The right of access.
You have the right to obtain a confirmation of the processing of your personal data and to obtain access to this data. To the extent that you send us a request in this regard, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we process about you along with all the information we have the obligation to provide you, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation .
11B The right of rectification and erasure.
You have the right to request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were processed, or if their processing is illegal.
11C The right to restrict processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following cases: contest the accuracy of the data, in which case you can request the restriction of the processing for the period of time in which we check the accuracy of the data; the processing is illegal and you oppose deleting the data; we no longer need your personal data, but you request them to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.
11D The right to opposition
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. or for reasons related to your particular situation. In such a situation, we will no longer process your personal data, except in situations where according to the Regulation we can continue processing your data.
11A The right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal data that you have provided to us and that concern you in a structured, commonly used format that can be read automatically. You also have the right to transmit this data to another operator.
Exercising your rights
In order to exercise any of your rights, please send us your request in writing, to the email address: mydata@impacthub.ro
We will respond to your request without undue delay, within a maximum of one month, unless due to the complexity or number of requests we will have to extend the response time by a maximum of 2 months, according to the Regulation.
We also provide that we may ask you to provide information to confirm your identity (for example, to click on a verification link, to enter a username or password) in order to exercise your rights.
Filing a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
If you consider that your rights have been violated, you can submit a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority, respectively the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing, based in G-ral Blvd. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30 Sector 1, postal code 010336 Bucharest, Romania.
